videogaming247 is reporting that the Ultimate Box will arrive February 5 with the previously-released Cagney and Bikes DLC, but will also include a brand new "Party pack." According to Criterion, the Party pack is an offline multiplayer "pass-the-controller" mode in which players compete in rapid fire challenges. Other improvements include a new restart option for races and "easier control of th early vehicles."

The aforementioned bit of good news for console owners in this is that the Party pack will also be available as separate DLC starting February 5. No price yet, but PlayStation 3 owners will also be receiving a "Burnout Paradise Network" in which they can keep track of friends and Burnout: Paradise news. So do you think the Party pack will be worth the eventual cash, console owners?
